Brothers Hakvoort win all game components in TV show on SBS 6 and score many prizes
A special adventure for Jelle (20) and Lucas (21), sons of Bert and Herma Hakvoort-van Urk. The brothers appeared on the television program Prijzenjacht on SBS 6 last Tuesday evening and returned to De Bult with many prizes.
It all started last summer when Lucas sent a TikTok video to his brother. "The video announced the new game show," Jelle says. "I signed us up as a joke." A few weeks later, an email from Talpa arrived. "We were invited to come to the studio as game participants."
Knowledge and tactics
The recordings took place on Monday, September 1st. "We develop board games ourselves and wanted to see if we could also play a game." The gentlemen completed this experiment with flying colors, despite the fact that preparation was not possible. "We won all the segments. The games required knowledge and good tactics. But we also had a bit of luck," Jelle laughs.
The grand prize
The brothers went home with many prizes, including a vacuum cleaner, projector, watch, and the grand prize: a brand-new kitchen worth 9000 euros. What started as a joke became an unforgettable experience.
